what is laser cutting?
JP Laser's Laser Cutting Machine can cut through most materials using high powered electricity that is directed through the machine by a series of optics to a cutting head where different gases assist in the process of cutting precisely through each material type.

There's many reasons that laser cutting is preferred, we've listed a few;
- There's no tooling costs.
- Designs can be easily changed at a minimal or no cost
- No burrs or sharp edges on the finished product
- Square edge to the cut
- Fast, quiet and efficient and can cut through most materials
- The thin and precise cut of a laser beam, means that there is minimal waste between the items being cut. We get the most use from material which in turn keeps costs down.
- With a tolerance of + or - 0.22mm (depending on material) laser cutting provides a precise design solution.
